It’s our goal to send you your order with reliable and informative tracking information. We want you to have peace of mind that your package gets from our warehouse into your hands exactly how you expect. Our shipping process is as follows:

Standard orders will leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days. Priority orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once an order ships, the delivery times are reliable but not guaranteed as they are an approximation based on the average delivery time for past orders. All shipments are sent on weekdays -- orders that arrive on weekends will be shipped the following weekday.
Priority shipping is our fastest shipping option. Orders made with priority shipping will be handled and shipped first by our processing team before all other shipping option tiers. For expedited shipping (approximately 2-5 days) we highly recommend this option.
Once orders have been placed no changes including cancellation can be made. For example: product, quantity, size, address, payment, etc.
Once your items have shipped, you should receive a tracking number to the email address you included in your order. If you do not receive your tracking confirmation please check your junk folder first before contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Tracking information updates can be delayed, please give it 1-4 days to update. If no updates are received please CONTACT THE CARRIER. We have the same tracking information you do and cannot assist in shipping matters after it leaves our warehouse.
Please ensure the correct delivery address has been entered on your order (you can verify this through your email confirmation). If a correction needs to be made please contact us at email@example.com. We can not guarantee address corrections after order placement.
Loocsy is not responsible for orders after they leave our warehouse. This includes lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost during transit, stolen after delivery, sent to the wrong address, or returned due to delivery issues you will need to contact the carrier directly to investigate the matter. Any returned items will be subject to our standard return process. We HIGHLY recommend using shipping insurance with your order to cover against any potential delivery related issues.
We offer Route Shipment Insurance on all orders. When checking out you can add this option to your order. The insurance is low cost and will protect against any loss, damage, or theft that may happen during transit. Because Loocsy is not responsible for any orders after they leave our warehouse we HIGHLY recommend insuring your package.
For customers located in Utah you have the option for free local pick up (870 N. 100 E. Suite 104 Lehi, UT 84043). If you choose this option you will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pick-up (3-5 days). Orders can be picked up between 9:30am and 5:00pm Mon-Fri. Orders must be picked up within 30 days or will be subject to a standard return.
Holidays & Sales
Due to the high volume of sales during holidays and big sales events there may be longer than normal shipping times. We will do our best to communicate any possible delays.
Shipping prices for all international orders are calculated at checkout and based on the order's destination country and the weight of your package.
Delivery time is roughly 2-5 weeks for international orders. This time is an approximation and can be shorter or longer depending on your country of residence and your government's customs processing.
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes assessed by your country. These are government charges that are your responsibility to pay. For charges and rates please contact your country's customs office.
We use USPS for the majority of our international deliveries. Please be aware of any potential disruption to your area. You can check here.
